Failing to build a windows binary

the Windows releases on here are broken, but i cant get a windows binary to build no matter what i do, it keeps getting hung up on glad in the case of building on linux, and gets hung up trying to link stuff on windows. I am at the end of my rope and just want a working windows build at this point. I have been trying to build this for hours, and it builds for linux fine but I also need to get a working windows build as most of my work happens on windows. Is anyone able to guide me to get a working windows build compiled?
