MACs not moving

I currently have the problem that if a MAC is obviously already in use and I get kicked out of the stream every 20 - 30 seconds, the STB proxy connects to the same MAC over and over again. I have enough different working MACs in the list. Unfortunately, it doesn't go through the list but always stays with the one Mac that is first in the list. Does anyone have an idea?
