Bad conversion of ANSI files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create project with Windows-1252 encoding
2. Write on a js file a string constant with special characters 
3. Minify it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The resulting file is encoded on UTF8 and the special characters converted to 
garbage.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 on Netbeans 8.0.2. Windows 7 64 bits

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like the plugin disregards the project encoding and treats everything as 
UTF8 files

Same issue here. I use ISO-8858-1 encoding and my files are badly encoded over 
minifying.
It's completly preventing me from using the plugin. I Hope it'll get fixed.

ex:
#minify{
    content: "I don't like 'é'";
}
is minified to :
#minify{content:"I don't like 'é'"}
