how to duplicate station names, newly added stations, removed stations?

changed line:

  • Station added/removed: Can be at the top, somewhere in the middle, at the end.
  • Station order changed

Todo: Compare # of records, compare order of station names and move the rules accordingly

Changes to the wait conditions don't affect SmartTrains rules
