Configurable default to play sound when notes are being entered

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I like to hear the notes I am entering and have to remember to put caps/lock on every time.

Describe the solution you'd like A configuration option to hear the notes by default. I'll accept that the Caps/lock state is out of sync at the start, and I have to press it two times the first time I want to turn note preview off.
