Persist current settings in user.ini

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some settings are not saved so I have to reset them everytime to match my preferences.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to save the settings so they are defaulted to my preferences when I start with an empty song.

• Selected colorscheme
• Follow play
• Sequence highlights
• SID model
• PAL/NTSC
• FLAT/SHARP

Describe alternatives you've considered Edit the settings myself in the user.ini. Not all settings are supported yet in user.ini
