tap on missed call notification does nothing but make it disappear then reappear at phone rebooting

Steps to reproduce the bug

Tap on missed call notification.

Actual behaviour

instead of opening the Koler app (which is set as default) it just disappears then pops out again when i reboot - turn off/on the phone. Is is the only phone app i have, Phone by Google is disabled).

I have OpenContacts installed (with google contacts disabled), i don't know if could be of any use.

I want to mention too that if i swipe out the notification it doesn't reappear again.

Expected behavior

Open the Koler app showing missed calls.

• Android version/Custom ROM version: miui 14.0.6 vf android 12
• Device model: xiaomi 11 lite 5g ne
