How will you/everyone benefit from this feature?
You may be thinking of Google Duo, which is its own app, but its buttons are also incorporated into the phone app.
Perhaps a "integrate with google duo" toggle could be added to settings, which would simply add a video call button that activates google duo via intent with the relevant contact information.
This should not be enabled by default, as Google Duo is proprietary, and this is an open-source app. I personally do not use Google Duo, and the only reason I use this app is because it is open-source. It's a great app, don't get me wrong, but there are plenty of apps just like this all over the place. So, this is a potentially useful feature, for those it affects — hence it being an opt-in, not an opt-out.
