Don't turn off screen based on proximity when speaker is turned on
Checklist

- [x] This issue contains only one bug. I will open one issue for every bug report I want to file.
When I'm on a call and have enabled the loudspeaker, I usually expect the proximity sensor feature to be disabled. I expect that since the proximity based screen turn off gets in the way of using the phone while on a call in loudspeaker mode. It would be nice if the proximity based screen turn off feature is automatically disabled when the loudspeaker is turned on.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Initiate a call
- Turn on speaker
- Hover hand over proximity sensor
Actual behaviour
The screen turns off.
Expected behavior
The screen stays turned on to aid ease of working on the phone while on the call with speaker enabled.
Screenshots/Screen recordings
I'm not sure how to get a screen recording for this one.
