Emergency Call not properly working

Steps to reproduce the bug

Actual behaviour

Calling 112 (In tth US 911) in the Background without showing you anything not even a Notification

And the Ear deteaction not working Great

Expected behavior

Calling over The normal Koler UI an showing information Like Call Time and Speaker option... And maybe if Possible Snding Location data to the "112/911 Callcenter" I think it depends on the Country ande the thechnology they use... (This Part is a Featurerequest but not as important as a working Emergancy call)
