Describe the feature you want

Carrier Video Call allowed you to make video calls over the existing platform without the need of an internet connection. Works similar to audio call.

Additional context

Video call option also appears asa Button inside the audio call in the call screen so that you can switch from audio to video.

How will you/everyone benefit from this feature?

You can talk to others in a way that you usually do Signal(video call) but without the need of an internet connection.
