Jumps up one contact above at the bottom

Steps to reproduce the bug

Actual behaviour

#289 seems to be resolved but it auto jumps after a short while to the penultimate contact when you scroll to the bottom.

Expected behavior

When I scroll down to the bottom, I expect it to stay there
