Cannot use/call phone numbers on a website

Steps to reproduce the bug

Actual behaviour

When tapped/pressed phone number on a website Dialer is not taking that phone number to Dialer screen with that number. Many phone dialer apps have this feature (actually not a feature because all of them have)

Expected behavior

When you tapped/pressed a phone number on a website Dialer should forward me with that number to Dialer screen. And then i will press/tap Call button and i can call that number easily. If you can do this "many" people will love this because we don't need to write phone number manually and this is pain.
