Game Crashed

Screenshot (179) I am in version 1.19.2 of Minecraft fabric, using version 1.19.2 of optifabric and optifine, and it just crashes, I've tried everything

Its something to do with pistons, the error i believe is:

The game crashed whilst batching chunks Error: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException

I would suggest that you create a new issue and upload your latest.log. This issue needs to find the root cause. Moreover, this issue might be different from yours.
