CEM broken on optifabric 1.19

Tried to use this pack https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/pomeranians-better-dogs/ on Optifabric version 1.13.10, Optifine 1.19_HD_U_H9. The result is wolves having a big gap between their head and their body like this: https://postimg.cc/vgQwXJj2

I've tested the same on plain optifine without fabric+optifabric and that doesn't seem to be an issue.
