ModernFix Dynamic Resources causes resource loading to fail, causing stuck loading screen on startup

This was set to enabled for me in config even though it should be set to false by default. Not sure if that's a Fabulously Optimized thing or something else.

The stopping was me closing the game, but not sure if shutdown failure is related.
