Add a function to delete video files and related data from DB of a channel, multiple channels, all from -> to a date of publication

In case of lack of space Hard drive or else constraining the admin to free space there is no way to delete video files and of course all data related to the database from a date lap,

example of options: delete videos from -> channel, multiple channels, all -> by category, all -> from date A to date B

Seems like an easy way for a mistake (from yourself or another admin) to lose all of your videos.

Well if we're going to add this the option should only be available to the root user in my opinion.
