Describe the problem to be solved

Hello,

Based on this issue https://github.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube/pull/5441, the goal of this feature request is to have the same capability to search local and private videos based on tags or keywords as it is possible with public videos.

Subscribed, I'll find this feature very useful when organizing my library, as I use tags very intensively.
