Please add the ability to re-transcode videos with individual resolutions. Please add the ability to add missing resolutions.

Same request here, but for the batch transcoding actions in Admin > Videos.

Currently the batch action is useless if you just want to add resolutions because it transcodes and replaces all qualities (= quality loss from the previous already present files, and amazing amount of time lost).

Use case: server or storage migration after which you get more room for lower qualities :)
