Add more filter options in admin video overview

Describe the problem to be solved

In Peertube 5.1, admin can sort videos for example by type (VOD or live), by transcoding (webtorrent, hls)... But some additionnal options could be very helpfull...

Describe the solution you would like

I would like some additionnal options like :

• the visibility with all 4 states (now I can only "Exclude public videos")
• the download state (allow or disable)
• video with comment
• have subtitle
• etc.

There is also the Info column which displays some tags (about visibility, location, moderation, and even error status) : it would be usefull to be able to filter with thoses tags (for example by clicking on it, and a little similar tag would appear next to the Info label text (in the column header) to notify the user of the applied filter)
