Retry-button for video import

Describe the problem to be solved

When i start downloading via url, i have to fill out all the tags, and fields. When the download fails (sometimes i face timouts from youtube-videos), there is only a delete-button in the import-list.

Describe the solution you would like:

Add a "retry"-Button on failed Videos, so i do not have to fill all the fields again. It can just restart another try of downloading or open the form again and start the process new with filled fields and the possibility to edit them.
