Describe the problem to be solved

I have to set video infos such as Language and Category every single time, even though I always use the same settings.

Describe the solution you would like:

1. Add a setting to remember the Category, License, Language, Privacy Setting, Publication Checkmark, NSFW Checkmark settings.
2. Add a setting to remember the Tags from the last Video. Ideally, have them be different for every Channel.
3. Add a description template to be added to Description Text Box. That reduces the time spent with it on new video uploads.

Describe alternatives you have considered

Copy & Paste from a txt file. Not good.

Hi! This sounds like a narrow use case, maybe this should be solved by a plugin? Some kind of video default settings filter.

I think it would be great to have an option to save the current layout as a template and a dropdown list to select saved templates, so you can have multiple templates for different types of videos on a channel. This should also be added for livestreams. (not only videos)
