"Sensitive Content" options from "More Filters" (trending page) should sync with "My settings" sensitive content

For me (a user without an account visiting a peertube server) it makes no sense to first change the "Sensitive Content" options from "More Filters" (trending page) then see that nothing is happening, then go to "My settings" and change sensitive content there (and btw sometimes it doesn't work instantly and requires a page reload).

WHen I change something in "Sensitive Content" options from "More Filters" (trending page) it should automatically change it in "My settings".
