tags auto-completion

When importing a video, I could be nice to have a tag auto-completion feature, in such a way that when you start typing, a list of tags existing in the local instance are suggested to the user.

Doubling down. It is also important for avoding tag contamination. Often it is hard to remember what form of tag you used: singular, plural form, verb or etc. Auto completion and tag listings would help.
