Delete all the videos of a local user at once

Add the possibility to delete all the videos on an actor at once.

I think this issue can be merged in https://github.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube/issues/1008, since blocking an actor means you won't see their videos any more. Or maybe you talk about delete all videos of a local user at once?

This should be able to solve by adding a channel/account filter on the admin video list
