Client crashing on 1.19.2 (java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown recipe serializer flatcoloredblocks:colored_wool_carpet)

This crash is always happening when I try to join my custom server, if I play on singleplayer I'm not getting any crash or bug error.

I'm not getting a single crash report, just this message on screen: Internal Exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown recipe serializer flatcoloredblocks:colored_wool_carpet.

Forge version: 43.2.8 (1.19.2) Flat Colored Blocks version: flat-colored-blocks-forge-1.0.11.jar

I have the same issue with my server.

Client Crashes with the above error message when trying to connect to the server. Server log doesn't show anything other than this.
