Allow Block Hardness Configuration Option

I would love to use your mod as the primary building material option in my upcoming pack, but seeing as it is a combat heavy pack, and your blocks are not blast proof, I can't use it. If you could add a configuration option for the modpack dev to adjust the block hardness that would be great.
