textures are being glitchy

I am using optifine but I don't know if that's the reason it's doing this. Screenshot 1

Also, I am using the flywheel renderer mod, which also could be causing the problem.

+1, I have the exact same issue, using C&B 1.2.113 on v1.18.2; I'm also using flywheel mod (needed for Create mod)

//edit: actually, I removed create and flywheel, and the issue still occurs image with C&B 1.2.90 the issue is different, see above

UPDATE: I removed all the other mods I was using, and it worked. But I hope whatever is causing this problem is fixed in the future. image

If it is a mod problem, you will need to help me, but I since only you can figure this out.

Using a binary search you should be able to quickly identify which mod combination is causing the issue

@OrionDevelopment I've ended up identify which mod was causing the issue and it appears it is " Quark " v3.2-358.(https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/quark)
