UI element to clarify that only Single Use Patterns can be modified

Inside the Modification Table only Single Use Patterns can be modified. However, there is no way to find this out without using out of game sources.

Either the patterns should have "Can be modified"/"cannot be modified" inside their tooltip, or the UI of the Modification Table should have an error/warning when a Sealed Pattern is placed inside.
