CTM Crashing With a Collection of Mods

Using NeoForge 1.20.1 47.1.84 with a bunch of mods (around 90) and CTM crashes with the dev build. It started to crash after I added some mods so I don't really know why it happens.

The issue happens when Nuclearcraft: Neoteric is installed in the pack.
