More custom config options

Custom config is a great idea however there are a couple of default buttons which are missing. R & L is listed but L2, L3, R2 & R3 could be added. Would also like to see Start, Select and also Start & Select together. Can we also have the Menu, and Quit emulator as some of the selectable options?

Is there's a way to configure arrows+ctrl as fire in previous version? I'm using Protracker, in latest version sounds lags awfully, so i'm back to earlier version.
