8BitDo USB Dongle for Xbox One controllers not detected until physically unplugged and plugged back in

When rebooting or powering on the system from a complete shutdown state, the PC will not detect the dongle and controller inputs won't work until the dongle is physically unplugged and plugged back in. The controller is pairing to the dongle just fine when this happens.

Same here with the Microsoft dongle, but not every time.

Do you have connected the dongle to the mainboard or to the front IO?

Can you verify this issue still exists on v45 stable release?

This is still the case for me on the latest release. Not OP but this happens every shut down. Fine on reboots if already gone through unplug and plug back in sequence.
