Feature request: Access to RetroArch through Steam UX

Would it be possible to get a shortcut to launch RetroArch manually and be able to take advantage of the full application? Not necessarily replacing the existing ROM upload method but some people might have large collections and a bulk upload and launching through RetroArch might be easier for some.

The idea is to hide RetroArch because it is not user friendly. If you would like to use RetroArch, then Steam RetroArch is always an option.
