Add Wii as a platform

May be possible to use libretro dolphin core, just need to correctly configure controllers/wiimotes.

Use standalone Dolphin: Requires additional work to configure the emulator. For example, resolution, which will need to be adjusted dynamically at game start based on the current resolution. Limited to using Wii remotes since controller configuration will not be possible.
