Create "Github Pages" project page

The README is alright, but a project page (esp. with an embedded example) would be a nice touch.

This relates to #4.

We have a working demo available now at http://plutodemo.herokuapp.com

Once we can spruce that up a bit, it should be easy to create a Github project page to go along with it.
