Ability to override StrawberryShake.IEntityIdSerializer Client implementation (.net)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Yes, the server we are communicating with is sending null values when it's specification says otherwise. We have no control over this. When the null id is hit, it throws an exception and halting the full parsing.

The solution you'd like

The ability to either override the StrawberryShake.IEntityIdSerializer to add exception handling, or have the generated .net code exclude entities that throw an exception
