Tinkers Construct Tool Materials Crash

Hi, I decided to report this issue I'm experiencing because I couldn't find anyone reported this issue.

If I look up the usage of a Tinkers Construct tool part (like Pickaxe Head) it shows me the information about that material. But if I click (on the usage page) on the pickaxe icon with the "Recipes" tag (shown below) I get this crash: Crash Report

Mods used: NotEnoughItems 1.0.5.111 NotEnoughResources 0.1.0.101 NEI Addons 1.12.10.33 NEI Integration 1.0.11 Tinkers' Construct 1.8.5 TiC Tooltips 1.2.4 Tinkers' Mechworks 0.2.14.100 AOBD 2.6.3 ExtraTiC 1.4.5

And I used lots of other mods, these are only the NEI and TiC related mods that I listed. You can find the other mods names in the Crash Report. I actually don't know what mod causes this, I just guess it's NEI. If not, just tell me and I will report to another mod.
