It says that the cfg file is open, but it's not Forge .1481 EnderStorage .33

This happens about every 3rd launch, If I re-launch it will clear most of the time

It looks like this can be re-pro'd on a dedicated server fairly easily. My server crashes about 5 or 6 times in a row before it finally starts. From experience, this tends to happen if 2 applications are accessing the file at once. Either multiple minecraft versions, or an antivirus

Multiple instances isn't an issue(I've checked), nor is my antivirus(i've white listed the entire dir, just in case.), and in about 30 failures it's always 1 of the 3 modules.
