Data Update 2020

Is this data set being kept up to date? It looks like the latest update was in 2015, but the data here was updated in 2020. I can see some differences, for example around Midway:

I'm happy to submit a PR with the updated data, just wanted to check first in case I was missing something. Thanks!

Hi @gavinr, thanks for the note! We are taking a look at the role of the data in this repo and its relationship to the Data Portal. We will look into it!
