Manage group - duplicates (messaging is cryptic)

Same issue as duplicate user I think the group id and group name should not be duplicates in this case. Group id "testing adding new group" has duplicate.

Added Mongo unique index on group id. Pls. re-test.

Works. Message a bit cryptic, but it works. Removing the "high" and changing to messaging issue.

#83 Tested with results. Group ID cannot be duplicated but Group Name can be duplicated. Can't test in WG application don't have admin config rights. I do believe the Group Name behavior should be the same as Group ID, should not be duplicated.
