Date field format inconsistent with the application

The dataset below date field have a format that doesn’t align with opengrid. • 311 Service Request • Beach Lab Data – Culture • Beach Lab Data – DNA Test • Relocated Vehicles • Ordinance Violations • West Nile Virus • Traffic Crashes • Divvy Trips

How so? Is it the presence of the time component or something like that?
