Describe how to configure new data sets for the application

Describe the configuration process to make new data sets available in OpenGrid UI. Please describe:

• [ ] how they can be configured to show different values between the drop-down picker,
• [ ] which fields are displayed in the grid,
• [ ] which fields are displayed in the pop-up,
• [ ] how to customized the auto-complete drop-down.
