[Bug] wallet sync status in GUI does not match to sync status in CLI

What happened?

While the wallet is syncing from 0, the GUI is showing that the wallet sync status is "green" while the CLI still shows the wallet is syncing. Screen Shot 2022-08-09 at 11 47 23 AM
