[Bug] wallet sync status in GUI does not match to sync status in CLI

What happened?

While the wallet is syncing from 0, the GUI is showing that the wallet sync status is "green" while the CLI still shows the wallet is syncing. Screen Shot 2022-08-09 at 11 47 23 AM

there's also an issue with the send screen not fully rendering

CLI is correct. The GUI is always reporting that it's synced regardless of what the CLI says, but I can't do anything in the wallet like send transactions, and my balances are still showing as 0 at this point. hopefully the latest fix from @seeden addresses this issue.
