[Bug] Sometimes the GUI can't display non-standard unicode characters

What happened?

I have an NFT that has Zalgo text in it's name on mainnet - NFT ID: nft10t04c0yzz8k3c23rnqafhmwsng6zn3qkgnp98rndgcda8n0u9lss5uxnyc Meta Name:

"name": "Ohnmy GODD!",

I did this intentionally to see if it would break stuff. It only breaks stuff SOMETIMES. For whatever reason, the GUI fails to render the text at random, maybe about 30-40% of the time.

When I click the NFT tab on the left, the GUI will sometimes stretch out my NFTs super wide when it fails to render the Zalgo text.

It's not just Zalgo text. It's emojis, and other non-standard unicode characters:

This is a chia-blockchain-gui issue isn't it? Can you transfer the issue to that repo
