[Bug] update walletConnect calls to include other services and commands

What happened?

(datalayer, bulk minting, new wallet commands, etc): this will be an ongoing project where should setup a process that ensures new rpc calls are added to walletConnect

Here is a community pr that started the work of integrating datalayer and updating the bulk minting setup to be used in walletconnect: https://github.com/Chia-Network/chia-blockchain-gui/pull/2308
