[Bug] nft gallery loading from resync has strange behavior

What happened?

triggering a resync of the wallet to simulate the wallet loading the NFT gallery from scratch, there are a few odd behaviors: 1.) the progress loading indicator doesn't display when it's syncing/loading NFTs, but it does display when it shows at least one NFT, but not clear whether its actually showing progress 2.) while loading the NFT gallery, it will go from showing 0 of 0 items, to one NFT (there are more then 1 in the wallet) w/ progress indicator, then 0 of 0 items again with no progress indicator, and then it showed 2 NFTs (including the first one + additional)
