hi, Chi, I did the PCA， but I do not how to extract the contrib of variable ,such as pca_var$contrib in vegan package. t1 <- trans_beta$new(dataset = dataset, measure = "bray", group = "group") t1$cal_ordination(ordination = "PCA") class(t1$res_ordination)
