What is happening?
When, you type "?" on the last line on an empty container while using 1.20.6 server, there is written "
What did you expect to happen?
only to be written "?"

Ah, that looks like you have some other plugin installed that is messing with text on signs. (And apparently reverting them to the MiniMessage format) There isn't really anything ChestShop can do about that, you'll have to find and remove that plugin or disable that function in it.
