Permission to bypass price limit

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently price limits are for all players which means that you can't allow certain groups of players to not have limited shops.

Describe the solution you'd like

A permission to bypass them all/some limits would be nice to have. Alternatively even different limit groups to allow different tiers of shops.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Different servers/permission contexts (e.g. with regions) with LuckPerms?
